How do I find a artist to draw a "chick"(farm animal)?

I want to find someone or a business who can draw a simple baby "chick" outline - nothing fancy, but to my specs, but need help, I have no artistic abilities. Of course, I don't expect this for free, but don't want to spend thousands either.
